Abstract

This article reviews the clinical syndromes of neck pain with referred pain, radiculopathy, and myelopathy caused by degenerative disorders of the cervical spine. Cervical spine pathology should be considered as a common cause of symptoms when evaluating with any patient with pain in the upper extremity.
