  • Congenital anomalies as reported on the birth record include anencephaly, meningomyelocele/spina bifida, cyanotic congenital heart disease, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, omphalocele, gastroschisis, limb reduction defect, cleft lip, cleft palate, down syndrome, suspected chromosomal disorder, and hypospadias.
