  • ▪ Recent invasive procedure

  • ▪ Chronically Anticoagulated

  • ▪ Traumatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation

  • ▪ Pericarditis or pericardial fluid

  • ▪ Diabetic retinopathy

  • ▪ Pregnancy

  • ▪ Age >75 y

  • ▪ Low body weight (e.g. < 60 kg)

  • ▪ Female

  • ▪ Black race
