Once treated, conception often occurs within months. The case presented here is a woman who had a restoration of fertility after initiation of vitamin B12 treatment for vitiligo-associated pernicious anemia. Previous reports have shown the occurrence of pregnancy in treated pernicious anemia, but none has indicated the presence of vitiligo in the same patient. Pernicious anemia is a rare but treatable cause of infertility in women. ER -
