AB Initiation of pitavastatin in adults aged 40 to 75 living with HIV treated with highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) with low-to-moderate 10-year atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) risk decreases the incidence of major cardiovascular events (MACE).
