Overview
We are soliciting papers that explore the landscape of family medicine after COVID-19. We are interested in how the pandemic has altered family physicians, patients, care delivery, and medical systems.
Topics
The following research topics are of high priority for this theme issue:
- Long COVID-19 syndrome as experienced by family physicians and its impact on primary care.
- Major changes in patient care and/or medical systems brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Workforce issues associated with the pandemic and the long-term implications for the health care system.
- Long-term, patient-oriented outcomes impacted by the pandemic.
- Policy implication of the pandemic and/or preparing for the next pandemic.

The deadline for consideration for this theme issue was Wednesday, March 1, 2023. However, we remain inteterested in receiving submissions on this topic.
